Micromax Canvas Gold A300, octa-core phone shows up in stores online at 24k

Indian smartphone maker, Micromax has come up with another Octa-Core smartphone, the Canvas Gold A300, which is now available on Infibeam at Rs 24,000. The yet to be announced Octa-Core device which is a successor to its previous flagship smartphone, Canvas Knight, has various hardware improvements and the latest software update.
The Micromax Canvas Gold A300 has a 5.5-inch full HD display as compared to its predecessor(Canvas Knight) which had a 5 inch display. Apart form that it sports a 16MP rear camera with auto focus and flash. It has a 5MP front-facing camera with auto focus. Camera features include Sony Image Sensor, 4X zoom and night mode which will definitely give a boost to its camera quality. The smartphone comes with 32GB built-in storage. The Canvas Gold A300 supports 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB. It is powered by a 2,300 mAh battery. The phone runs Android KitKat 4.4.2 out of the box and supports dual-SIM, and is powered by a 2GHz octa-core processor (MediaTek most likely) along with 2GB of RAM.
