Microsoft Office apps can now be used on apple iPad. The Suite of Microsoft Office apps have been in the Apple App store for hardly day and are already ruling the charts!
The Apps can be downloaded for free from the app store and can be used to view documents, but for additional feature of editing those documents you need to pay a subscription fee of $99. This applies to Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, whereas Microsoft One Note does not require any subscription.
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella drew attention towards the news by tweeting "looks like it's a productive Friday for #iPad owners!" He also included a screen shot of the apps at the top of the App Store.
